Troubleshooting Steps for Windows

When encountering issues on a Windows operating system, follow these troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve common problems.

  • Navigate to the folder you downloaded the troubleshooting script.

  • Locate the troubleshooting script file with the .bat Extension. 

  • Right-click on the script file and select “Run as administrator” to run it with administrative privileges.

  • The script will start running and perform various troubleshooting tasks. Once the script has completed, it will generate a troubleshoot.log file.

  • Please locate the troubleshoot.log file and send it to hello@cyberbay.tech for further analysis and assistance.

Note: The troubleshoot.log file contains valuable information about your system and VPN configuration, which will help us diagnose and resolve any issues you may be facing.
